This is a vintage Harley Davidson Legends bandana or do rag from the late 90s. This bandana handkerchief has a wheel & front end of the bike with a large eagle and the brand logo. Marked, "50 poly 50 cotton, made in USA, Rn 15187".
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws. It's a 20 year old bandana and has been washed so it's soft to the touch and slightly faded.
