This is an ADORABLE vintage floral print metal basket tin by Potpourri Press, probably from the mid 70s to mid 80s. It's off-white with an allover blue ditsy floral print, accented with a solid blue lid and underside. Both handles are the flower print. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in terrific vintage condition with no real noted flaws. No dents or damage to the surface. There's a little rust on the edges of the interior but nothing that shows from the outside.
The lid is tight fitting but comes off easily.
