This is a vintage bandana handkerchief from the late 80s to mid 90s. Made in the USA by Hav-a-Hank it's poly/cotton blend fabric. It features a red, white & green chili pepper print with a solid red border. 
 
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws.
