This is a pretty vintage 80s bandana, probably sold in a fabric or quilt shop. Unmarked, it's either cotton or a poly/cotton blend. It features a nifty patchwork with fruit and floral 'patches'. Finished with a narrow machine turned hem around 3 edges, with the fabric selvedge as the 4th edge. 
 
Pre-owned, used. In good condition- a little of the hem stitching is out.
