Here's a super bright Vera polka dot vintage cotton scarf. It has a yellow and white narrow stripe border all around and a large centeral black area with 1 1/4" bright yellow and white circles or polka dots. Signed in the lower right corner with her signature and ladybug logo. Finished with a narrow machine turned hem all around.

Pre-owned, used. In very good condition with no noted flaws.
