Here's an AWESOME antique sewing pattern from the early 1900s. It's Peerless 3866 in size 36 bust. The button front blouse/waist has tucks at the shoulders, a tall collar and long fitted sleeves. 
 
Please note that sizes & styles of vintage sewing patterns from early eras did fit different than we're used to today over 100 years later! The sewist will probably need to do alterations to make this pattern fit well. The internet is full of instructions and videos of how to do this.
